1. Responsible for the formulation or review of various processes and standard documents issued to the production department;

2. Product standard working hours setting. Revise the actual measurement and improvement corrections for each working hour of each month, and revise the IE standard working hours database;

3. New product realization process planning, station layout, line layout, U8 process route setting;

4. ECN change tracking and supporting operation process planning and updating;

5. Production line balance rate improvement and efficiency improvement;

6. Lead and promote improvements in process, quality, efficiency and safety;

7. Assist product engineers to improve the technical and technological problems arising from existing processes;

8. Training and development of production process and process operation knowledge. Skill assessment of relevant positions;

9. Factory layout layout design and adjustment to meet capacity growth needs.

1. Bachelor degree, industrial engineering major, with more than 5 years experience in manufacturing enterprise IE or lean production;

2. Familiar with electronic product assembly, production process, with good process preparation and implementation control capabilities;

3. Familiar with electronic product structure assembly, material assembly process, material characteristics and surface treatment process;

4. Proficiency in IE knowledge such as program analysis and operation research, with capacity equipment planning/cost analysis and manpower assessment capabilities;

5. Have good professionalism and improvement, innovation and learning ability.
