Sales Director

Job Responsibilities:
 

1. Assist the general manager to formulate the company’s development strategy, sales strategy, develop and organize the implementation of a complete sales plan, and lead the team to turn the plan into sales results;

2. Familiar with China’s outdoor lighting industry, able to develop LED lighting industry business, establish good cooperative relations with customers and the same industry;

3. Formulate a full-year sales expense budget to guide and control the direction and progress of marketing work;

4. Decompose sales task indicators, formulate responsibility and cost evaluation methods, and formulate and adjust sales and operation policies;

5. Establish an industry customer database to understand the current status and possible needs of users of different sizes;

6. Organize departments to develop a variety of sales methods, complete sales plans and return tasks;

7. Sales team building to help establish, supplement, develop and train sales teams;

8. Preside over the negotiation and signing of major marketing contracts of the company;

9. Conduct customer analysis, tap user needs, develop new customers and new market segments.

 

Job Requirements:
 

1.35-45 years old, bachelor degree or above, good professional ethics, excellent conduct, high comprehensive quality, can be relaxed to junior college;

2. Have more than 5 years of industry experience and more than 3 years of marketing or management experience;

3. Strong writing ability and strong expression ability;

4. Have strong market development and sales skills and public relations capabilities;

5. Excellent communication and teamwork spirit, experienced team formation and training team, good sales performance and strong pressure resistance;

6. Have strong time management ability and work management ability;

7. Have good interpersonal resources in the industry;

8. Engineering, project-based, and government sales experience are preferred.
